基于学科竞赛培养大学生创新设计和应用实践能力教学改革与研究

开展各类学科竞赛，可以极大地促进对大学生创新能力的培养。竞赛对我国大学教育改革产生了良好的影响，已成为教育发展和改革的一种辅助和促进手段。组织大学生参与各类创新能力培养的各项大赛，是一种培养大学生创新能力非常好的培养方式。不仅可以激励大学生的创新精神、合作精神和培养其创新能力，而且还可以发现许多具有培养前途的拔尖创新人才，激励其脱颖而出。因此，教师加强对本科生创新设计竞赛指导与管理方法研究，对于深化教育改革、推进素质教育、全面提高教学质量以适应21世纪对高素质人才培养的需求是非常有意义的。     

典型陆军部队装备维修作业能力评估系统仿真建模研究

针对陆军部队维修作业仿真评估需求,提出了一套仿真模型设计方案。分析了部队维修作业能力仿真评估原理,进而明确了评估模型需求;给出了维修任务生成、维修保障系统建模方案;结合备件调度和保障设备使用过程,设计了维修保障资源模型。为陆军部队装备维修作业能力评估提供建模基础,用于支撑部队维修作业能力仿真评估系统的设计和应用案例研究。     

基于SIRV病毒传播理论的装备保障网络级联失效分析

针对装备保障网络遭受敌方攻击时所显现出的复杂性现象,对比分析网络级联过程与病毒传播过程的相似性。在已有的负载容量级联故障传递模型基础上,融入了病毒免疫传播的过程,定义保障节点的4种不同状态,构建基于病毒免疫传播理论的装备保障网络级联传递模型,更好地再现了我方保障机构受到敌方实际打击和舆情攻击时的真实状况。通过仿真对比分析表明,在防御资源有限和时间迫切的情况时,优先考虑主动免疫策略,能够取得较好的抵御级联失效的效果,还可以辅助实施目标免疫策略,从而使装备保障网络具有较强的健壮性和较好的恢复能力。     

Sentiment Analysis of Code-Mixed Bambara-French Social Media Text Using Deep Learning Techniques

The global growth of the Internet and the rapid expansion of social networks such as Facebook make multilingual sentiment analysis of social media content very necessary. This paper performs the first sentiment analysis on code-mixed Bambara-French Facebook comments. We develop four Long Short-term Memory (LSTM)-based models and two Convolutional Neural Network (CNN)-based models, and use these six models, Naïve Bayes, and Support Vector Machines (SVM) to conduct experiments on a constituted dataset. Social media text written in Bambara is scarce. To mitigate this weakness, this paper uses dictionaries of character and word indexes to produce character and word embedding in place of pre-trained word vectors. We investigate the effect of comment length on the models and perform a comparison among them. The best performing model is a one-layer CNN deep learning model with an accuracy of 83.23 %.     

Products Ranking Through Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis of Online Heterogeneous Reviews

With the rapid growth of online shopping platforms, more and more customers intend to share their shopping experience and product reviews on the Internet. Both large quantity and various forms of online reviews bring difficulties for potential consumers to summary all the heterogenous reviews for reference. This paper proposes a new ranking method through online reviews based on different aspects of the alternative products, which combines both objective and subjective sentiment values. Firstly, weights of these aspects are determined with LDA topic model to calculate the objective sentiment value of the product. During this process, the realistic meaning of each aspect is also summarized. Then, consumers’ personalized preferences are taken into consideration while calculating total scores of alternative products. Meanwhile, comparative superiority between every two products also contributes to their final scores. Therefore, a directed graph model is constructed and the final score of each product is computed by improved PageRank algorithm. Finally, a case study is given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method. The result demonstrates that while considering only objective sentiment values of the product, the ranking result obtained by our proposed method has a strong correlation with the actual sales orders. On the other hand, if consumers express subjective preferences towards a certain aspect, the final ranking is also consistent with the actual performance of alternative products. It provides a new research idea for online customer review mining and personalized recommendation.     

河南省产业转移的创新响应区际差异研究

以产业转移的创新响应系数作为测度产业转移创新响应强度的变量指标,根据标准差和变异系数、相对发展率(Nich)以及离差(Di)和比率(Gi)等方法分析了河南省产业转移创新响应强度的区际差异及其影响因素。结果发现:(1)2007—2015年河南省产业转移的创新响应强度呈现不断增大的态势并呈现出阶段变化的特征。(2)河南省产业转移的创新响应强度从静态格局和动态变化上都呈现出明显的时空差异性,并根据各市的区域特点及产业转移的创新响应强度将河南省18个地市划分为强、较强、中等、较弱以及弱等5种区域类型;(3)创新能力、人才密集度、科技投入对产业转移的创新效应作用较大,技术市场需求和信息化作用相对较小。     

实时三维超声心动图与二维斑点追踪成像技术共同评价心肌梗死患者左室收缩功能与同步性

目的探讨二维斑点追踪成像(2D-STI)及实时三维超声心动图(RT-3DE)评价AMI患者左心室收缩功能和各节段运动的同步性.方法 50例急性心肌梗死患者为病例组,30例正常体检者为对照组,应用CMQ软件获取各节段径向圆周应变及应变率曲线,然后转变为RT-3DE模式,得到17节段时间-体积曲线(VTC),并获得收缩功能以及非同步收缩参数.结果 1)与对照组相比,心肌梗死组3个水平所有节段径向应变值和圆周应变值均减低;2)心梗组患者Trs-SD,Tcs-SD,Trsr-SD,Tcsr-SD明显高于对照组(P0.05);3)与单支冠状动脉病变心梗组比较,多支冠状动脉病变心梗组LVEDV,LVESV显著增加,LVEF显著减小;4)病例组患者左室Tmsv17-SD,Tmsv17-Dif,Tmsv17-SD%,Tmsv17-Dif%均较对照组增大(P0.05).结论 RT-3DE和2D-STI可以准确地量化左室收缩功能,评价AMI患者左室运动的同步性,左室收缩功能障碍也影响收缩同步性.     

A novel process for comprehensive utilization of vanadium slag

Traditional processes for treating vanadium slag generate a huge volume of solid residue and a large amount of harmful gas, which cause serious environmental problems. In this study, a new process for the comprehensive utilization of vanadium slag was proposed, wherein zeolite A and a V₂O₅/TiO₂ system were synthesized. The structural properties of the as-synthesized zeolite A and the V₂O₅/TiO₂ system were characterized using various experimental techniques, including X-ray diffraction, X-ray fluorescence, scanning electron microscopy, and infrared spectroscopy. The results reveal that zeolite A and the V₂O₅/TiO₂ system are successfully obtained with high purity. The results of gas adsorption measurements indicate that the prepared zeolite A exhibits high selectivity for CO₂ over N₂ and is a candidate material for CO₂ capture from flue-gas streams.     

防止西藏国有企业政策性寻租对策分析

由于特殊的地理环境与政治环境，西藏国有企业自生能力相对较弱，企业生产带有强制的外部经济性，因此政府给予企业政策性优惠与补贴是企业公平发展的需要。文章从西藏国有企业的领导人政策性寻租动机及诱因出发，分析了西藏现实的制度运行环境，从企业领导人的选拔、激励、绩效评价、合作剩余的归宿等多个方面研究了防止西藏国有企业领导人实施政策性寻租的对策措施。
